MKE FreshAir Collective is a dynamic organization committed to addressing air quality disparities in Milwaukee. We utilize cutting-edge technology, community outreach, and advocacy to promote environmental health and empower communities.
Internship Overview:
We are seeking motivated and passionate interns to join our team. These internships offer a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in environmental health, community outreach, public policy, and/or data analysis. The selected candidate(s) will work closely with our executive director to support air quality monitoring initiatives, community engagement events, policy development, and educational outreach programs.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program.
Interest in environmental science, public health, community outreach, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Social Media & Online Engagement role)
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Environmental Epi & Data Analysis role)
